Centennial Vineyards Restaurant, in partnership with the Australian Culinary Federation, warmly invites you to Going for Gold — a showcase dinner celebrating the very best of the Southern Highlands.

Across a series of thoughtfully crafted courses, our kitchen will showcase the region's finest primary and artisan producers, each course matched with carefully selected beverages. Expect an evening of wonderful food, great drinks and even better conversation — with raffles and a silent auction running throughout the night.

Every ticket helps send ACF chefs to compete on the international culinary stage, so you'll be supporting the next generation of culinary talent while you dine.
